Boy oh Boy!

Yesterday, I had the privilege of having a baby shower for my sister in law Brielle, who is having a baby boy in May! I must say I enjoyed my late nights of making things while my husband got to watch whatever he wanted for those few nights of me going decor wild. I'm sure he was quite the happy camper during that time. I was scared I wouldn't have enough ideas for a boy shower but I think it pulled together well. The blue, green and yellow tones made for a bright, yet soft touch! Here are some pictures from the fabulous, fun filled day. Enjoy!

Anthropologie Wedding Line BHLDN

Once I heard the news about Anthropologie coming out with a wedding line, I was so excited. Although I had already been wed, they are still the most exciting things to me! I love browsing all the wedding magazines and blogs, its just wonderful! I must tell you, I was more than disappointed when I saw the website come out (http://www.bhldn.com). I had high expectations for the line, but found few things that I absolutely adored. Here are a few things in the line that I really liked.

Pink is a wonderful color, my whole house could be pink and I would be happy! Valentines is coming up and what a fun day of love and dressing up in pretty pink dresses!

Some information about Pink:

Pink is the color of happiness and is sometimes seen as lighthearted.

• Stimulates energy
• Can increase the blood pressure, respiration, heartbeat, and pulse rate
• Encourages action and confidence
• Pink has been used in prison holding cells to effectively to reduce erratic behavior

Whoever threw this party, props to them.. it is incredible!!! I'm obsessed with this and now I want to have a super girlie party for no reason.


And what girl doesn't ADORE getting that beautiful pink box or gift bag for her birthday or any special occasion!?

I have no pink in my apartment now, but someday when I have my own house, I would love to devote an entire room to the color PINK!

Trendy lil babes

This is what I cannot wait for to have a little girl.. won't be for awhile, but I'm excited! My hubby suggested that I should be a children's clothes designer.. I would LOVE that!

Giant Bunny

My husband got me a pet bunny for Christmas and we named her Piper, its been like a month and a half and I thought she was getting big until I saw these bunnies!
