Inspired Style: Ashley Madekwe

Fashion Blogger and actress of my favorite tv show Revenge, Ashley's style is always catching my eye. Besides the fact that she is gorgeous and has the most incredible hair, her fashion is by far one of its own. I love how she mixes prints and fabrics to make her style so unique. She is always bold with fun color which is why I love her style so much.

Ombre Mania

Ombre color is everywhere this season, and I love it!! It’s a darker to lighter graduation from roots to ends. The roots are darker and blend into a lightened mid-shaft and end. I love this look on blondes and brunettes! Ombre and balayage (another color technique that is more natural and sunkissed looking), is my favorite to do in the salon! It is such a personalized color that no one will have but you!

I haven’t colored my hair in about 6 months and it looks like I have my own ombre, not purposefully, just too lazy to get it done! It could be a little lighter on the ends though for more of the effect!

Hair Inspiration

I have been itching for something new and love the look of all of these haircuts..

something messy, short and fun. I have been trying to grow out my hair but its in the terribly awkward ugly stage, so I may just chop chop when I have the urge. We'll see. . . for now its just inspiration.

Maybe it'll calm the urge if someone came into the salon and got one of these cuts, i love short razor haircuts!

Fashion Time

Lately I have been really wanting a white ceramic watch, they are so fashionable and i love them. I believe Chanel was one of the first, if not the first to start this trend. Although I would love one of these several thousand dollar watches, its not going to happen. I began looking around for watches that were similar but more in my price range. Here are some I loved that were more than I could afford or less expensive, for us who can't afford Chanel. I ended up buying the Fossil plastic one, looks very similar to ceramic I thought but more in my budget.
Chanel $5800

Michael Kors $450

Fossil Ceramic $225

Fossil Plastic $95

Francesca's silicone $18
