Best and Worst dressed: Met Gala 2012

 The Met Gala has become the fashion Oscars. It is the opening night of the annual fashion exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. It is red carpet fashion at its most outrageous! Fashion industry experts and style magazines consider the event to be the fashion world's best red carpet event. I was very dissatisfied with much of the attire but there were some that were absolutely stunning.

Best:

 Jessica Alba, beautiful as usual in a floor length 

Michael Kors gown. She looks like a goddess!

 

 Dianna Agron looking stunning in an emerald green Carolina Herrera gown 

with a low-cut neckline and mint-colored belt and Judith Leiber gold clutch

 

Ginnifer Goodwin paired her pixie cut with a bold orange Monique Lhuillier gown. 

She finished her outfit with simple earrings and silver pumps.

 

Nina Dobrev wore a dramatic black-and-gold Donna Karan creation, fit her

body perfectly! I wasn't a huge fan of her hair that aged her a bit.

Ashley Greene is an absolutely gorgeous white gown with an

off the shoulder sleeve. Her dark long hair was the perfect accent.

Worst:

 Supermodel Coca Rocha looked ridiculousin her vintage 

Givenchy suit and equally awful pink tinted hair.

 Lily Collins wanted to keep a youthful look going with 

this floral-sheer-lace Valentino gown.

Although Mary Kate used to be someone of an idol of mine, i was far from impressed
with her depressing, old lady look. She looked like a little old witch ready to cast her spell.
